United Nations Organisation(U.N.O) declared October 15th, Dr.A.P.J. Abdul Kalam‘s Birthday as the “WORLD STUDENTS DAY“.
Its really a very great honor given to the Indian Personality.
  

आज समय का पहिया घूमा,पीछे सब कुछ छूट गया,
एक सितारा भारत माता की आँखों का टूट गया,

उसकी आँखे बंद हुयी तो पलकें कई निचोड़ गया,
सदियों तक न भर पायेगा,वो खाली पन छोड़ गया,

ना मज़हब का पिछलग्गू था,ना गफलत में लेटा था,
वो अब्दुल कलाम तो केवल भारत माँ का बेटा था,

बचपन से ही खुली आँख से सपने देखा करता था,
नाविक का बेटा हाथों में सात समंदर भरता था,

था बंदा इस्लाम का लेकिन,कभी न ऐंठा करता था,
जब जी चाहा संतो के चरणों में बैठा करता था,

एक हाथ में गीता उसने एक हाथ क़ुरआन रखा,
लेकिन इन दोनों से ऊपर पहले हिन्दुस्तान रखा,

नहीं शरीयत में उलझा वो,अपनी कीमत भांप गया,
कलम उठाकर अग्निपंख से अंतरिक्ष को नाप गया,

दाढ़ी टोपी के लफड़ों में नही पड़ा,अलमस्त रहा,
वो तो केवल मिसाइलों के निर्माणों में व्यस्त रहा,

मर्द मुजाहिद था असली,हर बंधन उसने तोडा था,
अमरीका को ठेंगा देकर,एटम बम को फोड़ा था,

मोमिन का बेटा भारत की पूरी पहरेदारी था,
ओवैसी,दाऊद,सौ सौ अफज़ल गुरुओं पर भारी था,

आकर्षक व्यक्तित्व,सरल थे,बच्चों के दीवाने थे,
इस चाचा के आगे,चाचा नेहरू बहुत पुराने थे,

माथे पर लटकी ज़ुल्फ़ों ने पावन अर्थ निकाल दिया,
यूँ लगता था भारत माँ ने आँचल सर पर डाल दिया,

गौरव को गौरव है तुम पर,फक्र लिए हूँ सीने में,
जीना तो बस जीना है अब्दुल कलाम सा जीने में,

माना अब भी इस भारत में कायम गज़नी बाबर हैं,
लेकिन ऐसे मोमिन पर सौ सौ हिन्दू न्योछावर हैं,
