 (निर्भया के बलात्कारी अफ़रोज़ की रिहाई पर आक्रोश व्यक्त करती कविता) रचनाकार-कवि गौरव चौहान) किस भारत पर गौरव कर लूँ,किस भारत की शान कहूँ? किस भारत पर सीना ठोकूं?किसको हिन्दुस्तान कहूँ? गंगा के दामन में हमने ख़ूनी नाले छोड़ दिए, गीता के अध्यायों में,सब काले पन्ने जोड़ दिए, आज खड़ा धरती पर ऊंचे आसमान पर रोता हूँ, शर्म लिए आँखों में अपने संविधान पर रोता हूँ, शर्म करो भारत वालों,तुम अपने लिखे विधानों पर, शर्म करो इन्साफ संभाले इन लंगड़े दीवानो पर, शर्म करो तुम पंगू होते अपने इन भुजदंडों पर, शर्म करो लाचार बनाते कानूनी पाखंडों पर, तुमने अपराधी को बालिग़ नाबालिग में बाँट लिया, चीखों की नीलामी कर दी संविधान को चाट लिया, उसको नाबालिग कहते हो,जो वहशत का गोला था, "अब साली तू मर"जिसने ये रॉड डालकर बोला था, कान फाड़ती चीखों पर भी जो खुलकर मुस्काया था, जिसके सिर पर भूत हवस का बिना रुके मंडराया था, वाह अदालत तूने इन्साफों का दर्पण तोड़ दिया, नर पिशाच को दूध पिलाकर खुल्लम खुल्ला छोड़ दिया, अरे?निर्भया की चीखों पर किंचित नही पसीजे तुम, नाबालिग था,और मुसलमाँ,बस उस पर ही रीझे तुम, संसद वालों,मौन तुम्हारा,तुम्हे नपुंसक बोलेगा, किस दिन का है इंतज़ार?कब खून तुम्हारा खौलेगा? शायद उस दिन ताला टूटे,संविधान की पेटी का, जिस दिन जिस्म निचोड़ा जाएगा मंत्री की बेटी का, उस दिन शायद कानूनों की धारा छेड़ी जायेगी, किसी सांसद पुत्री के जब रॉड घुसेड़ी जायेगी, लेकिन आम आदमी कब तक आंसू रोज बहायेगा, और खून कब तलक दामिनी का अफ़रोज़ बहायेगा, ये गौरव चौहान कहे,इन इंसाफी दरबारों से, मत कोई समझौता करिये बेटी के हत्यारों से, होगा ये अहसान तुम्हारा,उस अबला की आहों पर, नंगा करके गोली मारो,खुलेआम चौराहों पर, -----कवि गौरव चौहान |
